About Quasentra

This website and the Quasentra service are operated by Quasentra (referred to as “Quasentra”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We provide authorization, policy enforcement, approvals, incident monitoring and audit tooling for AI agents.

Acceptance and eligibility

By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and, if acting for an organization, authority to bind that organization.

Accounts, subscriptions and billing

• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Paid plans are billed at the price, currency and billing interval displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges will be shown where required.
• A recurring subscription authorizes the payment provider to charge the selected payment method at each renewal until cancellation.
• Plan limits, including agents, API keys and security decisions, are described on the Pricing page. We do not apply undisclosed automatic overage charges.
• We may suspend access for failed payment, unlawful activity, security risk or a material breach of these Terms.

Service responsibilities

Quasentra provides security controls, but no control removes every risk. Customers remain responsible for configuring permissions, protecting API keys, reviewing approvals, securing any unwrapped tools or credentials, and ensuring that their agents and business processes comply with applicable law. The service must be tested in a safe environment before production use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quasentra to break the law, attack or interfere with systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, submit misleading information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, scrape data without authorization, or harm another customer or service. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform or the public.

Intellectual property

Quasentra and its website, software, documentation, designs and branding are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term; it does not transfer ownership.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Quasentra will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation, refunds and termination

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility, request deadlines and processing details are stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate or suspend an account for false information, misuse, non-payment, a legal requirement or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our service or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through the service or account email where reasonably required.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution right, the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.
